90 Day Limited Warranty for Used Laptops, Computers, LCD
Monitors,
Used Hard Drives and Used Accessories
All
products are used-refurbished, unless otherwise noted.
The warranty period is 90 days beginning on the date of
purchase.
This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse (accidental or
otherwise), improper electrical connections such as non-grounded
electrical plugs, adapters for European style plugs, and
problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by
IndyLaptops.
IndyLaptops is not responsible for any data loss due to
equipment failure, media failure or customer negligence. It is
your responsibility to have a routine Data Back-up Plan in
place.
This warranty does not cover virus, spyware or malware
infections. It is very important to keep your Antivirus and
Windows Operating System updated and to have a routine Data
Back-up Plan in place.
The determination of fitness for warranty repair or cause of
failure is at the sole discretion of IndyLaptops.
If warranty service is required, simply bring in your covered
product with original sales receipt to our Customer Service
Center located at 10411 N. College Avenue, Suite 1,
Indianapolis, IN 46280, during regular business hours, and a
representative will assist you.
Typical turnaround time is 1-5 business days from receipt of
the product for service.
ATTENTION:
Before presenting the product to IndyLaptops for service, be
sure to back up any critical data on the hard-disk drive(s) and
any other storage device in the laptop. Data loss is not covered
under this warranty.
We may use new, used, or reconditioned parts at our discretion
in performing warranty repairs or configuring replacement
products. If IndyLaptops repairs or replaces a product, its
warranty period is not extended from the original invoice date.

Warranty Applies Only to Factory Recertified Hard Drives.
The warranty period is 6 Months beginning on the date of
purchase.
IndyLaptops is not responsible for any data loss due to Hard
Drive failure or customer negligence. It is important to have a
routine Data Back-up Plan in place.
The determination of fitness for warranty repair or cause of
failure is at the sole discretion of IndyLaptops.
Limited Warranty for Laptop Motherboard Repair or Replacement,
LCD Replacement and Other Hardware Repairs
Warranty period varies depending on parts and/or level of
repair service performed.
Please see front side of receipt for specific Warranty length.

Drive, Component failure or customer negligence.

No Warranty on Virus\Spyware\Malware Removal or O.S. Reinstall
Due to the various ways that a computer can become infected with
viruses, spyware or malware, there is no Warranty available for
this service. Remember, it is important that you keep your
Antivirus and Windows Operating System updated and use caution
and common sense when using the Internet. Always pay special
attention to any Social Networking sites such as Facebook or
MySpace and be sure to search their Help area for tips on
staying safe on these types of sites.
IndyLaptops Return Policy
IndyLaptops
allows a Three Calendar Day return period beginning from the
date on your sales receipt.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
All merchandise must be in original as-sold condition to be
eligible for return.
