I recently had some computer
problems. Took it to IndyLaptops and it was diagnosed as a
hard drive problem. Secured the hard drive, updated to
Windows 7 and everything was back to normal. The best part
of this was the help and assistance from Rob in ironing out
some situations that developed which I was unable to
overcome myself.

In the midst of a bad
economy, IndyLaptops was one of the few places in which I
found reasonable prices which would allow me to be
plugged-in to the ever-present and necessary Web. Further,
my novice status and anxiety over such was quickly corrected
for by the Store Mgr.'s (My new Brother, Robb) baptismal of
my hungry brain with easily understandable, but very
pertinent info. concerning the specs. of different machines
as well as the pros and cons of purchasing a business level
instrument vs. a consumer one. I am grateful, and will
spread the word of this good experience, of which seems to
be in short supply these days sometimes.
